Forum Overview

The opening ceremony will be characterized by four sessions: opening remarks, the CEIC launch ceremony, thought leadership keynotes, and keynotes on industry trends. Centered on the theme of "Smart Life", afternoon Forum on Day 1 of the 2025 CEIC Congress focuses on seven key areas: smart terminals, smart vehicles, smart homes, artificial intelligence (AI), low-altitude economy, testing and certification, and globalization. China Mobile Zhihong Operating System

Case Overview:

China Mobile AOS operating system is the first commercially released operating system in the telecommunications industry, independently developed by China Mobile based on OpenHarmony. The system adopts a layered, component-based architecture, equipped with distributed soft bus and task scheduling capabilities, supporting seamless cross-device collaboration with LAN latency ≤20ms. Through its "Inside + Connect" dual-mode strategy, it provides a complete OS for core devices and lightweight SDK access for ecosystem devices. It achieved large-scale commercial deployment in Guangdong in June 2025, operating with zero failures. As part of the National S9 Key Research Project, AOS has not only passed OpenAtom Open Source Foundation certification but also leads the development of multiple national and industry standards, driving the ecosystem development of domestic operating systems.

Smart Home Appliance Scenario

Midea Group has developed smart home appliance scenarios based on OpenHarmony, achieving seamless collaboration among appliances including air conditioners, fresh air systems, purifiers, and water heaters through OpenHarmony's distributed capabilities. The project innovatively employs AI large models to create three major smart scenarios: "Air Management," "Water Safety," and "Energy Optimization." These scenarios automatically adjust device operation based on environmental data and user habits. For instance, in the air management scenario, the system intelligently coordinates multiple parameters including temperature, humidity, purity, and freshness; in the water usage scenario, it enables instant hot water availability and active water leakage protection. This solution significantly enhances the convenience and comfort of appliance usage while reducing household carbon emissions through energy efficiency optimization.

Public Security Patrol and Prevention & Control Solution

Based on HarmonyOS and fully domestic hardware, this solution establishes a smart patrol and prevention system covering the "cloud-vehicle-equipment" framework. The system uses police patrol vehicles as core nodes, seamlessly connecting heterogeneous terminals such as cameras, law enforcement recorders, and surveillance devices through HarmonyOS' soft bus to form an on-site collaborative operation network. Leveraging HarmonyOS' inherent security, collaborative connectivity, and resource-sharing capabilities, it enables core functions like one-click multi-device login, near-field surveillance alerts, and real-time video retrieval. The system supports precise alert, visual command dispatch, personnel identity verification, and route planning, effectively transitioning patrol models from "lone-officer blind patrols" to "joint operations," comprehensively enhancing public space management and emergency response efficiency.

Verified through pilots across six provinces, the project demonstrates the maturity and feasibility of NearLink in home terminal scenarios, paving the way for its broader adoption in smart home IoT, entertainment, and sensing applications.

The system utilizes dual Vivid decoder as the signal source, wirelessly connecting 13 independent speakers through NearLink SLB transmitting dangles to precisely construct a 7.2.4 multi-channel system, delivering an immersive sound field experience. This solution completely eliminates traditional complex cable layouts, leveraging NearLink SLB's microsecond-level synchronization and millisecond-level low latency to perfectly reproduce all acoustic details in wireless transmission. This innovation marks the official entry of spatial audio into the "wireless freedom" era, providing a groundbreaking solution for high-end home theaters, professional recording studios, and immersive entertainment scenarios.

NearLink Digital Car Key

Case Overview:

This solution addresses the pain points of traditional Bluetooth car keys, such as susceptibility to interference, poor positioning accuracy, and unlocking delays. Leveraging the innovative Nearlink technology, it achieves a compatible design of NearLink and Bluetooth, deep integration with native systems, optimization of HID services, and the fusion of NeazLink and RF technologies. The solution significantly improves unlocking accuracy and speed (with positioning accuracy over five times that of traditional Bluetooth), supports seamless operations, automatic reconnection, and fail-safe functions in extreme environments. It also expands applications such as trajectory tracking and remote summoning. Currently, the solution has been implemented in multiple vehicle models, driving the technological upgrade of digital keys in smart vehicles.

Technical Expansion and Practice of "Implementation Guidelines for 4K Ultra-HD and HD Compatible Production and Channel Simulcasting

Centered on the "4K Ultra HD and HD Compatible Production & Channel Simulcast Implementation Guide" issued by the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television, this paper conducts technical expansion and practical summary. By comparing dual-stream and single-stream production workflows, it focuses on analyzing the advantages of the single-stream simulcast system based on SDR dimming; elaborates on the HLG narrow range signal standard, definitions and applications of key brightness levels such as reference white and mapped white; sorts out the iterative optimization (V.1 to V.2) and usage specifications of the CMG LUTs toolset, and points out common problems and solutions in simulcast production. The paper provides a standardized technical blueprint for TV stations' full-process simulcast, helping to improve production efficiency and content quality consistency.

Multimedia System of Poly MGM Museum in Macau

The MGM Cotai Poly Museum, unveiled in 2024, showcases 228 precious cultural relics (including 4 Yuanmingyuan animal heads) with the theme of the "Maritime Silk Road". As the core technical supporter, BOE Zhonglian Ultra HD created a panoramic digital audio-visual solution, integrating 8K ultra-high-definition special-shaped dome screens, movable LED track screens, Dante digital audio and intelligent broadcast control systems, combined with AR/VR and intelligent guided tour technologies to achieve real-time audio-visual linkage and personalized interaction. With a daily average of over 3,000 visitors, the project won the Top 10 Exhibition Awards for National Museums and the German iF Design Award, providing audiences with an immersive cultural experience and a replicable industry model for the digital transformation of cultural tourism venues.

"Qindao Adventure" VR Large Space

The "Adventures on Gulangyu" VR large space is a digital intelligent cultural tourism project developed by China Mobile Migu based on 5G-A, high-precision 3D modeling and distributed real-time rendering technologies, 1:1 replicating the entire world cultural heritage site of Gulangyu. Centered on the original metaverse story "Wonderful Family Concert", the project features four chapters including "Min Culture Context路Memory". Combining 4K ultra-clear resolution and XR interaction technology, it allows tourists to wear VR devices to start a time-space exploration journey from a first-person perspective, immersively experiencing Gulangyu's natural scenery and historical culture. Operated as a pop-up store in 2024, it received over 4,000 visitors and achieved over one million exposures, was included in multiple industry white papers and reported by CCTV News. It not only supports the digital protection of cultural heritage but also provides a replicable solution for the new format of immersive cultural tourism consumption.

China Unicom has pioneered the Broadband Network Core (BNC), a groundbreaking architecture that redefines broadband networks. Based on the principles of "control and forwarding separation, intensive deployment, integrated sensing and communication, and security & reliability," it employs centralized CP and pooled UP to achieve millisecond-level precise service distribution and intelligent operation.
China Unicom has established commercial pilot networks in 19 cities, validating the architecture's technical feasibility, stability, and innovativeness. This new foundation not only enables intensive and intelligent broadband network operations but also drives significant innovations in fixed-mobile convergence, computing-power network integration, and intelligent operations. It provides a critical reference for the evolution of global broadband networks.

This platformsupports users in obtaining required network services more efficiently through the cloudification and containerization of network functions. Its goal is to build an open network service ecosystem. It achieves systematic innovation of "cross-layer collaboration and precise management and control" via an all-scenario integrated deterministic network architecture, and enables on-demand use of functions including network management, networking, security protection, and transmission optimization through a "service subscription" model. This reduces the pressure of physical infrastructure construction and operation & maintenance, and enhances the flexibility and efficiency of the network environment.

SRv6 Network Slicing Innovation Project for IP Bearer Networks

Case Overview:

Addressing the pain points of traditional IP bearer networks, such as rigid resource allocation, inflexible path selection, and weak service isolation capabilities, the project focuses on tackling key SRv6 slicing technologies and establishes an SRv6 slicing technology system that ensures resource guarantee capabilities. Simultaneously, an SRv6 slicing system based on the Service Mesh microservice technology architecture is built, and a hierarchical slicing solution is launched to realize the productization of new network capabilities. As the industry's first SRv6 slicing heterogeneous networking test and verification project, it collaborates with China Mobile Jiangsu Province Company to successfully deploy FlexE hard slicing and channelized sub-slicing services, providing early demonstration for differentiated SLA guarantee capabilities of IP bearer networks. This project holds clear commercial promotion value and helps enhance and upgrade network services.

MY06 Project, Malaysia

Case Overview:

The Malaysia MY06 project is the country's first data center adopting containerized prefabricated cold plate liquid cooling technology. Designed to withstand the local high-temperature and high-humidity climate, it features 864 high-density 25 kW racks integrated with Shenling's cold plate liquid cooling solution. At its core are the CDU300 liquid cooling control units and prefabricated piping networks, implementing a dual-channel cooling strategy of "liquid cooling as primary, air cooling as secondary." The system achieves a PUE below 1.25, setting a new energy efficiency benchmark for tropical regions. Our company supplied key equipment including liquid cooling CDUs, manifolds, secondary piping networks, and precision air conditioners, and completed the full installation and commissioning. The project was officially commissioned in 2022.

Case Overview:

Guangdong Green Computing Technology Co.,Ltd. has established a benchmark for digital transformation in smart ranching by leveraging its Green Computing Micro-Center as the technical foundation for computing and storage capabilities. To address real-time processing and storage demands of massive ranch data, the Green Computing Micro-Center utilizes NVMe-oF protocol and RDMA technology at its core, achieving single-node throughput of tens of GB/s. This ensures zero-latency writing of behavioral data from thousands of livestock animals, with AI models like estrus cycle monitoring achieving 98% accuracy. The solution supports unified management of EB-level cross-regional data, enabling efficient integration of multimodal data (video streams, time-series data) through intelligent metadata indexing, reducing storage costs by 45%. Additionally, by integrating PUF (Physically Unclonable Function) technology, it establishes a comprehensive data lifecycle rights management and security framework that meets cross-border data compliance requirements while cutting rights confirmation costs by 40%. Through storage-computing synergy and high-performance storage architecture, this case demonstrates how livestock farming can evolve toward precision and trustworthiness, forming an integrated digital intelligence capability matrix of "hardware + algorithms + data security".

The Adaptation and Deployment Case for EDA Toolkit

Lead Applicant:

GRG Wuzhou Technology Co., LtD.

Case Overview:

The solution takes Huawei Kunpeng processor as the core computing foundation, combined with Huawei's high-performance storage (OceanStor Dorado), high-speed network, and the self-developed "Danube Suite" intelligent scheduling management platform, to build a heterogeneous computing cluster with a million-core level and a resource utilization rate of over 90%. This solution successfully addresses key pain points in traditional EDA computing, such as computational power bottlenecks, localization challenges, and inefficient resource scheduling. Through technical optimization and innovation, it achieves a 30%-50% improvement in small file IO performance, significantly shortens the simulation test cycle, effectively reduces research costs, and provides solid support for cultivating urgently needed integrated circuit talents in the country. This case serves as a successful practice example of domestic high-performance computing in the EDA field, offering important reference value to the industry and vigorously promoting the process of China's integrated circuit industry achieving self-reliance and control.
